Role & Responsibilities

このポジションは、日本でのカスタマー・コンセッション・プロセス全体をリード、監督し、当社が確実に日本の法規制および公正競争規約等に適った解決策をお客様に提供するということを任務とします。役割として、全行程を管理し、現場チームからのコンセッション要請が円滑に進捗するよう助力し、策定されているガイドラインならびに手順に基づいて業務処理を進め、お客様の期待に沿えるような解決策を提供できるようにするために必要な関係各部署との調整する一方、確実に公正競争規約を遵守するようにすることが含まれます。また、カスタマー・コンセッション・リーダーは、データの分析を通して当社のビジネスオペレーションの改善や、製品・プロセスの品質向上をすべき分野を特定し、問題の再発を避けることが求められます。

Essential Responsibilities

1. カスタマー・コンセッション・プロセス全体を管理、調整することに責任をもつ。

2. コンセッションがガイドラインの要件ならびにプロセスに基づいて遂行されるようフォローアップすること。

3. コンセションの上申、決定、および解決策の展開には関係各部署(コマーシャル、サービス、製品、リーガル、OTR等の各チーム)が横断的に関与するようにファシリテーションを行い、適切な意思決定がされるよう調整すること。

4. コンセッション・ワークフロー・データベースにコンセッション事例を入力すること。

5. 解決策を提供するプロセスを管理し、確実に展開すること。

6. コンセッションプロセスや合理的根拠に関する問い合わせについて、リーダーとチームをサポートする。

7. コンセッション・データ(製品、問題点、根本原因、解決策等)を分析し、オペレーションや製品・プロセス品質に関する改善余地のある分野を特定し、問題の再発を避けるよう社内依頼者に促すこと。

Qualifications

1. 経営学、商学、工学部等の学士号。

2. コマーシャル、サービス、法務、財務、オペレーションでの実務経験最低5年。

3. 医療機器についての知識と経験。

4. コマーシャル・オペレーションと契約についての実務経験。

5. 強力な推進力、交渉力、調整力、およびコミュニケーション・スキル。

6. ビジネス・リーダー陣や各チームとの間の相互方向のやり取りに一貫性をもってコンプライアンス遵守できる実務的成熟とロジカルシンキング。

7.各案件を自らマネージし、優先度を付けそれに沿って管理・実行できること

8. 日本語が堪能 (会話、文章力ともに)

9. Microsoft Officeの使用経験。
