仕事内容:

三重県鈴鹿市での看護師業務。

【主な業務内容】

健康管理業務:入所されている高齢者の方々のバイタルサインチェックと日常的な健康状態の観察を行います。利用者様お一人お一人の小さな変化にも気づけるよう、丁寧な観察を心がけています。

医療ケア業務:医師の指示に従った医療処置を実施し、適切な服薬管理をサポートします。安全で確実なケアの提供を最優先に考えています。

相談支援業務:利用者様やそのご家族に対して健康面での相談に応じたり、アドバイスを提供します。ご家族の方にも安心していただける関係づくりを大切にしています。

【1日の流れ】

日勤の場合、8時30分に出勤して申し送りと業務準備から始まります。午前中はバイタルチェック、医療処置、健康管理を中心に行い、12時頃に休憩時間となります。午後は記録業務、ご家族対応、他職種との連携を行い、17時15分に日勤終了となります。夜勤の場合は16時15分に開始し、翌朝9時15分に終了します。

資格取得の際は、先輩が使っていたテキストを貸してくれたり、勉強方法を教えてくれたり、周りの人がいつも応援してくれます。ブランクがある方や施設看護が初めての方も、周りのスタッフがしっかりサポートしますので安心してください。実際に未経験から始めて長く活躍している先輩もいます。
