仕事概要
小型人工衛星のコンステレーションを活用した次世代衛星通信サービスの事業開発を担っていただきます。 海洋向け通信(VDES)や、IoT通信など、多様な領域で進行中の複数事業を円滑に推進し、社会実装・事業化へと導くポジションです。 【具体的な業務】 事業開発 ・VDES、IoT等の衛星通信分野における事業化(企画、推進)の活動、 ・市場調査や事業性評価、 ・新規顧客の獲得のために必要な活動(営業、プレゼン)、 ・既存顧客の管理、等 事業管理 ・公的資金事業を含む、多数の事業の管理業務、 ・パートナー企業や官公庁との渉外・折衝業務 ・スケジュール管理、コスト管理、品質管理、等 【ポジションの魅力】 ・最先端の宇宙×通信領域で、グローバルなインパクトを持つ事業創出に携われる ・未経験からでも宇宙業界にチャレンジ可能(入社後のキャッチアップ支援あり) ・官公庁・大手企業・海外企業など多様なステークホルダーと連携できる経験 ・複数事業の立ち上げフェーズに関われるため、裁量を持って業務に取り組める 【配属・カルチャー】 57名(技術系45名、事業系4名、管理系8名)、男女比:8:2、平均年齢:約40歳 ※人工衛星共通の技術については、他技術部門との連携により開発を実施。 【開発環境・使用ツール】 コミュニケーション: GitHub, Slack, Zoom Office:Microsoft Word、Excel、Powerpoint、Google Workplace ファイル共有:Google Drive 【選考フロー】 書類選考>1次面接>2次面接(+適性検査)>最終面接
必須スキル
・法人営業または官公庁営業または事業開発の経験(5年以上) ・顧客やパートナーとの折衝・交渉スキル ・複数ステークホルダーとの関係構築・維持経験 ・自ら考え、行動できる推進力 ・日本語および英語での高いコミュニケーション能力(文書・会話)
