職務内容
クライアントとのコミュニケーション、企画提案
制作予算・スケジュールの策定と管理
撮影、編集、納品までの全工程のディレクションと品質管理
社内外のクリエイティブチームの統括
求める人物像
映像制作におけるプロデュースまたはディレクションの実務経験
日本語能力試験N1レベルは必須:
日本の主要企業との円滑なコミュニケーションを担っていただくため、高い日本語能力を求めます。
クライアントのニーズを深く理解し、クリエイティブを最大化できる方
謙虚で誠実な姿勢を持ち、困難な状況でも冷静にチームを牽引できる方

Hiring:
Full-Time Producer
LOBO is looking for a highly capable full-time Producer to manage client relations, project development, and execution from concept to delivery.
We seek an individual with passion and strong execution skills to bridge the client's vision with LOBO's creative team, ensuring project success.
ResponsibilitiesClient communication, proposal writing, and creative pitching.
Development and management of production budgets and schedules.
Overseeing all project phases, including shooting, editing, and final delivery, while ensuring quality control.
Leading and coordinating internal and external creative teams.
Candidate Requirements
Proven professional experience in video production or project management/direction.
JLPT N1 level Japanese is mandatory: High Japanese fluency is essential for effective communication with our core corporate clients.
A deep understanding of client needs and the ability to maximize creative output within those parameters.
A humble and honest professional who can calmly lead the team through challenging situations.
