• Ensure timely processing of kits and requisitions
• Participate in the kit receipt process and collaborate with other staff
• Manage the coordination and movement of all samples received
• Ensure timely delivery of specimens to the laboratory
• Handle specimen pick-up, sorting, and registration efficiently
• Responsible for specimen registration and processing into correct storage temperature
• Process, register, package, and ship samples with special handling requirements
• Consolidate and optimize freezer space utilization
• Research and resolve issues with problem samples
• Accurately identify specimens for disposal and complete necessary documentation
• Perform shipping procedures
• Troubleshoot and track specimens
• Implement and review SOPs consistently
• Follow SOPs for compliance and standardization
• Source and manage department supplies
• Maintain up-to-date training file
• Track departmental performance and ensure timely completion of work
• Evaluate and approve feasibilities
• Interact and coordinate with colleagues in different locations

• Prepare activity reports in Japanese for Lab Directors if required
• Complete beginning and end of day duties
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Generate audit trails of all activities and maintain necessary documentation
• Perform other assigned duties
