植物工場の栽培および収穫、

出荷関連作業の全体的な管理をお願いします。

・播種〜収穫および出荷の管理、

現場作業、栽培計画立案

・受発注業務、各種帳票類作成などの

事務、管理

・シフト管理等の人事管理を含む

工場の運営管理

・作業全体を把握した上でのマネジメント、

各業務の改善

※試用期間3ヶ月あり(同条件)

想定年収/年収300万円以上

【その他手当】

・土日出勤手当/日給の40%相当を

1回の出勤あたりに支給

(例:日給額8000円の場合は3200円)

・皆勤手当/日給1日分を支給
