Job Title: Service Provider Sales Division

We are responsible for sales activities for both cases where the telecommunications carrier is the end user and the partner case.

We provide new proposals for the MSSP business of telecommunications carriers, installation support, and sales support for SI sales.

We propose and support the implementation of security improvements for the internal IT and communication equipment of telecommunications carriers.

We also propose our own professional services as needed to increase value for customers.

You will work with other departments within the company, such as product sales and marketing teams, to increase awareness in your assigned market and create new cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the service provider segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at telecommunications carriers and MSS companies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers to ensure successful implementation of our products and solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the security industry and emerging trends to stay ahead of competitors.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT solutions sales.
  • Sales experience or industry knowledge for telecommunications companies and MSS companies.
  • Security industry experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide appropriate information and make proposals to customers.
  • Able to build relationships and partnerships with customers' department heads and executive class.
  • Excellent self-management skills.
  • Able to collaborate and work in teams both inside and outside the company.
  • Reading and writing level English skills.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: Palo Alto, California, USA.
