- ソフトウェアの導入に関しての知識があれば尚可。

- 顧客との良好なコミュニケーションのできる方。

- 英語の読み書き、会話ができる方。(主に社内において海外と使用)

Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (formerly PPM) is seeking to hire a Senior Implementation Analyst - EPP (Enterprise Project Performance).

In this position, you are responsible for setup/installation, configuration, and customization of technical solutions, applications, or processes designed for the client's purchased technology and/or business outcome solutions.

Responsibilities:

Work directly with our internal team and clients to manage initial access, map, and transfer of data.

Create process documentation (functional requirements/designs/lessons learned).

Train or coordinate training for client.

Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems.

Identify and document technical issues to be escalated to product and SI teams for resolution.

Provide feedback based on client experiences to internal teams for product and process improvements.

Work directly with clients on-site or provide project support remotely.

Work in conjunction with pre-sales in some activities.

Qualifications and Experience Required

Japanese speaker (ideally a Japanese National)

English speaker

Experience in coordinating internal processes.

Project Controls Knowledge and previous experience in projects related to this area.

Previous experience in the implementation of Enterprise level solution

Ability to work independently and flexibility to travel when necessary.

Be self-motivated, flexible and able to take initiative
