The main taskes are :
・ Responsible for product development in Application Project (Radar, ADAS Brain Unit, Camera, etc.) ・ Lead global development team, plan development schedule, process management, Issue solving (system, software, electrical hardware, mechanical mechanism, testing) ・ Building relationships with customers through development, negotiating with customers on development projects, specification adjustments, etc, and hosting meetings ・ Resolving technical issues ・ Management of engineering sample builds ・ Report development to management and escalate as necessary ・ Japanese : Business level(N1) ・ English : Basic(TOEIC 700-) ・ Tier-1 engineering experience, 5 years ・ Development leadership experience ・ Team player/Leader as well as analytical and interdisciplinary way of thinking ・ Customer relations experience ・ Experience working with OEMs ・ ADAS product development experience (radar, ADAS Brain Unit) ・ Agile development experience ・ Overseas assignment experience as leader (experience working in a cross-cultural environment) 年間休日120日以上 創立30年以上 産休・育休取得実績あり 女性管理職実績あり 従業員数1000人以上 シェアトップクラス 外資系企業 フレックスタイム リモートワーク可
