スーパーなどで売られている

旬の食材を使ったサラダやお惣菜・・・

それらを作っている

大手食品メーカーでの『生産管理』のお仕事です。

  • 長く続けられる、管理のポジション

生産管理は、例えるなら工場の司令塔。

生産スケジュールの管理や

スタッフのシフト管理など

工場でものづくりが効率よく、スムーズに進行するよう

管理・サポートをする重要なポジションです。

  • 具体的なお仕事内容
  • まずは各工程の業務を覚えてもらいます

工場の中は、

原料の皮をむいたりカットする工程や

混ぜ合わせて調味する工程、

加熱する工程、盛りつける工程など

作る製品に合わせて様々な工程に分かれています。

入社後は2~3ヶ月ほどかけて

各工程でどんなことをしているのか、

製造の流れを覚えるところからスタートします。

  • 慣れてきたら、管理業務へ

製品が作られていく流れがわかってきたら

生産管理としての業務を少しずつお任せします。

納期に合わせて各工程のスケジュールを管理することが

メインのお仕事です。

PCを使って従業員のシフト管理をしたりなど

事務作業もあります。

  • 突発的なトラブル対応も、重要な役割

時には、作る量に対して食材が足りない・・・など

トラブルが発生することも。

そうしたトラブルの対応も生産管理の重要な役割です。

  • もちろん、事業所長がしっかりサポートします

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり168時間

月9日休みのシフト制(平日で2日間設定いただけます。)

月給 25万円以上
