未経験の学生も指導ブランクのある社会人の方も、大歓迎です

教えるのは得意科目だけでOK

コツや進め方は事前研修でレクチャーいたします。

また、生徒専属の教育プランナーが、

指導に必要なカリキュラムの用意や、

各生徒のフォローアップをサポートします。

授業は"完全マンツーマン"。

公式を覚える、単語を丸暗記するだけじゃなく、

「どうしてそうなるの?」を一緒に考える時間です。

<現代文の指導内容>

・論説や小説で用いられる語彙の暗記サポート

・長文を論理的に読み解く方法の指導

・文章の要約や小論文の書き方レクチャー

・学校での指導内容に合わせた定期テスト対策

・過去問演習を通じた大学受験対策 など

個別教室のトライでは、生徒一人ひとりに合わせたオーダーメイドの学習プランを用意しています。

マンツーマン指導の担任制なので授業ごとの理解度を確認しながら指導ができ、生徒が成長していく姿を間近に感じることができます。

指導を通してご自身のコミュニケーション能力・コーチング能力も飛躍的に伸びるためご自身の成長も実感できるお仕事です。

まずは講師研修会を受けていただき、講師としての考え方や指導方法、トライの個別指導のやり方などを基本から身につけることができます。

もちろん、実際に授業に入ってからも同じ未経験から始めた先輩講師や教室長にも気軽に聞けますのであなたの塾講師デビューも安心してお任せください。

  • 個別教室のトライについて

個別教室のトライは100万人以上の指導実績がある家庭教師のトライから生まれた個別指導塾です。

志望校や苦手科目だけでなくクラブ活動や習い事の予定に合わせて曜日や時間帯をも考慮し、生徒一人ひとりに合わせたオーダーメイドの個別指導カリキュラムを用意。

専任講師陣が完全マンツーマンで指導にあたっています。

  • 待遇

講師が初めての方も、指導経験や合格実績に応じて報酬UPします。

塾講師・家庭教師・予備校講師・チューターの経験がある方や元教員の方は、報酬が優遇されます。

※講師の業務を依頼する案件になります。

勤務曜日:月曜日~土曜日

(週1日からでもOK)

勤務時間:16時~22時

(ご希望の時間に働けます)
