仕事内容:

You'll be teaching English conversation in small group classes.

Our students range from young children to adults, and the age group you teach will change depending on the time of day.

Each lesson is 50 minutes, and you'll usually teach about five classes per day.

For elementary-level classes, we provide a clear and easy-to-follow curriculum.

You'll have paid time during your workday for lesson prep and training, so there's no need to prepare everything on your own at home.

We also offer solid training and plenty of support from experienced teachers, so you can feel comfortable learning the curriculum and getting started.

アピールポイント:

We currently have eight foreign teachers on our team. Each day, the school is run by three to four foreign teachers along with one to two Japanese staff members.

This is not a strict or rule-heavy workplace. Instead, we value common sense and trust, creating an environment where teachers can work freely and comfortably.

The team is close-knit, and we enjoy communicating with each other in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere every day.

While our elementary school classes follow a clear curriculum, teachers are never left to handle everything on their own.

勤務時間・曜日:

Working Days:

Three weekdays (Monday to Friday) plus Saturday is mandatory

Working Hours:

8 hours per day (1-hour break included)

– Weekdays: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

– Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Other Conditions:

– Number of working days per week is negotiable

– Shorter shifts of 4–6 hours per day are also available

Long Holidays:

– Golden Week, summer vacation, and winter vacation

– Each break is one week or longer

Paid Leave:

– 5 days per year in the first year
