扱うのは「非常用発電装置」や「配電設備」。既存のお客様(サブコンや設計事務所)に提案していくスタイルです。需要が高い商品なので成果につながりやすく、営業未経験でも安心

◎ 最初は先輩に同行して、一緒に学ぶところからスタート。

◎ 商材知識は入社後に少しずつ覚えればOK

まずは先輩と同行:入社後1~2ヶ月は、先輩と一緒に約5~6社のお客様を訪問します。顔と名前を覚えてもらい、少しずつ仕事に慣れていきましょう。

商品知識は入社後に:扱う製品はひとつずつ丁寧に説明します。専門知識は徐々に覚えていけば大丈夫です。
