We are looking for someone to be in charge of upstream processes such as project management, PMO support, requirement definition, and manufacturing for system development projects for various major manufacturing clients.
You will also be responsible for bridge work in cooperation with offshore teams.1 Senior Project Manager
As the person in charge of our project team, you will communicate with the client and lead the project by managing the progress, quality, issue/risk management, change management, and cost management of multiple projects.
2 Project Manager
For existing clients in the communications industry, you will turn customer requests into requirements for projects based on the company's products and solutions, and manage the team while giving work instructions and progress to the company's internal development team and partner companies.
For a large-scale next-generation endoscope product development project and a major communications equipment development project, you will be responsible for supporting the client's overall project WBS management and issue management, and coordinating consistent work plans between each team as a PMO.
You will be working as a PM/PMO team to lead a large-scale project in which multiple teams, such as software development, requirements definition, hardware development, and peripheral device teams, work simultaneously to ensure the project's success.
You will understand the client's product requirements and marketing needs through interviews, and while communicating with the client, you will define and design functional requirements that meet their requirements, and create requirements definition documents such as functional requirements specifications and UI specifications.
You will be involved in various system development for customers, mainly in the manufacturing industry.
Using Java, you will gain experience in all processes from upstream to downstream in system development while working with offshore teams on requirements definition, design, manufacturing, reverse engineering, etc.
