【業務内容】
有料老人ホームにて、入居者さまが日々の生活を楽しみながら継続できるよう、
"趣味・習慣・好きな活動の維持" を軸としたリハビリを担当します。
歩行・姿勢・体力づくりなどの基本訓練に加え、
趣味活動を続けるための動作サポート
気分や体調に合わせた柔軟なリハメニュー
活動量に応じた疲労コントロール
心の張り合いにつながる関わり・声かけ
など、生活満足度の向上に直結するサポート を行います。
介護・看護スタッフと連携し、
"日々の小さな楽しみ" を守れる身体づくりを目指します。
【1日のスケジュール例】
8:45 出勤・申し送り(体調・活動予定の共有)
9:00 午前リハ(個別訓練・姿勢調整・軽運動)
11:30 昼食前の動作支援・疲労確認
12:00 休憩
13:30 午後リハ(趣味活動サポート・軽負荷トレーニング)
15:00 スタッフ共有・活動配慮ポイント整理
16:00 記録・翌日の活動プラン調整
17:30 退勤
