■業務内容

関西圏を中心にボートレースの広告プロモーション企画営業を担当いただきます。

全国24箇所にあるボートレース場を運営する、地方自治体が顧客となります。

■業務詳細

・マスメディアを使った提案

(開催期間の告知や、特別競争のイベント運営<開会式やセレモニー>)

・イベントの企画運営

・集客向上に向けた幅広い提案・実現が可能なポジションです。

※当社は、全国すべてのボートレース場と取引のある、唯一の広告会社です。

※東京・名古屋・九州にもボートレース専門部署があり、社内で連携して全国をカバーしています。

運営サポートとして全国24場への応援出張もあります。

求める人材:

■必須条件:

・法人向けの提案営業経験が3年以上ある方

・ボートレースへの興味・関心の高い方

勤務時間・曜日:

11:00~15:00 ・フレックスタイム制

※コアタイム:有 11:00~15:00

※フレキシブルタイム:有 5:00~11:00、15:00~22:00

・平均残業時間月30時間

休暇・休日:

土日祝休み ・年間有給休暇5日~20日(入社直後の日数)

・年間休日数 120日

・週休2日制(土日祝)

・年次有給休暇、夏季休暇(2日)、年末年始休暇(6日)、特別リフレッシュ休暇

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥277,360 〜 ¥486,400は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥65,360〜¥94,400(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
