【職務概要】
Physical Security Enablementは、データセンターセキュリティの順守を目的として、日常業務の安定運用を行うための管理および様々な問題解決を行います。
【担当業務】
情報セキュリティを順守するため、決められたプロセス範囲内で運用・実施することを指示/教育/管理する。
またセキュリティに関する物理的な作業プロセスの作成・監督も行う。
社員のデータセンターアクセスの監視・調整を行う。
セキュリティに関する様々なプロジェクトを責任をもって支援し、進捗状況を追跡し、状況を把握する。
物理セキュリティと事業継続(BCP)のKPIを追跡/支援する。
データセンター警備業務が抱える日常的な問題の解決を行う。
データセンターセキュリティに関するトレーニングの調整とスケジュール管理を行う。
またトレーニング教材の開発の支援を行う。
セキュリティシステムに関する実践的な知識を学び、日常的な問題解決のために活用する。
データセンター運用のためのセキュリティシステムの基礎的な実装を行う。
単一障害点(SPOF)およびサービス終了(EOL)レビューの支援を行う。
新しいデータセンターの設計エンジニアリング業務において、既存の設計手法の情報共有、導入支援を行う。
設計および部門横断的設計の初期図面レビュー時に意見する。
受付警備業務の業務委託先ベンダーとの窓口となり、業務指示・契約・交渉などを行う。
警備員のアカウント管理を行う。

Job Summary

The Physical Security Enablement Advisor resolves basic security projects, follows routine processes to security enablement adherence within the Data Center.

Responsibilities
Processes

• Resolves the rollout of routine information security processes within a limited scope
• Reviews basic physical security processes, with guidance (e.g., access card key management process) within the Data Center

Project Management

• Contributes to the completion of routine security projects
• Meets security projects deadlines, assists with responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of project, within a limited scope

Data Center Enablement

• Tracks key performance indicators for physical security and business continuity
• Resolves daytoday routine physical security issues to the Data Center Operations Security teams
• May work with with more senior members

• Coordinates and schedules security training across within a limited scope
• Aids in the development of training materials
