業務概要

当課では車の電動化の制御製品の市場品質保証を担当しており、担当製品のEDER活動を主に、顧客や関連部門との品質向上活動に携わっていただきます。

業務詳細

主に下記業務に従事いただきます。

・市場、顧客納入不良の是正処置及び不良内容の解析と顧客報告

・不良の一次解析(設計・製造・部品不良の特定)、二次解析のフォローと指導

・再発防止や解析結果の上流へのフィードバックによる品質向上活動

・製品製造や仕入先工場の工程変更の承認と顧客申請

EDER活動が主となりますが、品質保証全般を幅広く担当いただく人財を募集します。自動車のシステムは複雑化し担当する製品以外との繋がりや、セキュリティなど難易度があがってきており、顧客や関連部門との連携が重要になり、専門性が高まってきています。こういった変化に対応していくため組織を強化しております。幅広い知識の習得や、製品の品質向上に熱心に取り組んでいただける方の応募をお待ちしています。

働き方/テレワーク環境

月平均残業時間:20時間

在宅勤務制度:現場を抱えるため、基本は出社していますが、状況に応じてテレワークも可能です。

フレックスタイム制度:有(コアタイム無し)

転勤:あり(国内:神戸、小山/海外拠点)

※入社後数年は転勤なし、その後は本人のキャリアに応じて

配属部署詳細

電子・電動化事業本部 品質保証部 第二品質保証室 第二品質保証課への配属となり、12名が在籍しています。

第二品質保証室は量産後の製品を担当しており、その中でも第二品質保証課は電動化の制御製品の品質保証を担当しております。

応募条件

  • 必須要件

・電子機器の設計、故障解析や品質保証活動に従事していた経験が3年以上ある方

・クレーム対応や不良解析の探求に前向きに取り組める方

  • 歓迎要件

・電気回路/通信、電子部品に関する基礎知識

・自動車の制御に関する基礎知識

8:15~17:00
