仕事内容:

当社が運営する保育園にて、事務業務をご担当いただきます。入社後は先輩スタッフがしっかりとお教えしていきますので、安心してスタートできる環境が整っています

<具体的な仕事内容>

・園の管理や事務業務全般

・助成金の申請

・経理(経費管理や給与振込、小口現金管理など)

・労務(職員の入退社手続きや労務など)

・園運営(保護者対応や園児入退園手続きなど)

・本部や自治体との連携

※日々の業務では、主に「Googleドキュメント」「Googleスプレッドシート」やチャットツールなどを使用しています。

勤務時間・曜日:

月曜日~土曜日 9:00~18:00

※基本は月~金となりますが会社カレンダー上、土曜日勤務もあります。

休暇・休日:

・週休2日制(土・日)※月によって1~2回程度土曜出勤あり

・祝日

・年末年始休暇

・年次有給休暇(6ヶ月経過後10日付与)

・慶弔休暇

就業場所の変更の範囲:東海市内の姉妹園(インターナショナルスクールハッピー保育園)

アクセス:

太田川駅より徒歩15分程度、高横須賀駅より徒歩15分程度

車通勤可

無料駐車場あり

給与:

・昇給年1回(人事評価による)

・賞与年2回(業績による)・通勤手当(月5万円まで)※公共交通機関利用の場合

・地域手当(15,000円)

・家族手当(第1子:月1万円、第2子以降:月5000円/条件あり)
