(勤怠管理、請求業務、シフト作成、地域連携など)

・2年以上の管理業務経験のある方など

勤務時間・曜日:

・全曜日 16時~22時、16時~翌朝9時(24時~5時の間で3時間休憩)、22時~翌朝9時(24時~5時の間で3時間休憩)

・土日祝日 9時~16時(内1時間休憩)、9時~22時(内1時間休憩)も有り

・残業なし

・管理者の場合 9時~16時の週5日(水・土が休み多い)

休暇・休日:

・週休二日

勤務地:

・同じ区内で3つホームがあり、1ホームずつ経験してもらい最終的には3ホームどこでもシフトに入れるようになってもらいます。(敷地内禁煙)

アクセス:

給与:

・年俸450万以上(月37万5千円以上)

・昇給あり(業績・貢献度により昇給)

・夜勤手当あり

・土日祝手当あり

・日・夕勤のみ食事あり

・お年玉支給(12月29日~1月3日に勤務があった場合)
