仕事内容:

外国人技能実習生の監理団体にて事務員の仕事をお任せします。

  • 当団体では、実習生のサポートを通じて日本の人手不足の解消に貢献します。

【主な仕事内容】

  • 一般事務、総務事務、営業事務など多岐にわたる業務を担当
  • 書類作成、データ入力、電話応対など日常的な事務業務
  • 実習生の受入れやフォローアップに関する調整業務
  • スケジュール管理や会議の準備などのサポート業務
  • 国内・国外の協力会社様と連携を図りながら円滑な業務運営を実現するための役割を果たします
  • 各種申請業務が主な仕事になります。(実習生機構への認定申請、入国管理局への在留資格申請など)
  • 監理団体経験者 優遇

【勤務形態】

  • 固定時間制、シフト制またはフレックスタイム制度から選択可能です。柔軟な働き方が可能です。
  • 経験者は給与設定に違いあり

当社では、実習生の監理を行いながら、事務業務全般に携わる正社員(パート希望も可・応相談)を募集しています。当組合は2025年に体制が変わり、少人数で運営している組合です。※代表や役員は出張や、企業様への定期訪問などで外出していることが多いため、事務所にお一人だけとなる時間帯・曜日がございます。

勤務形態は固定時間制、シフト制、フレックスタイム制度から選べるため、ライフスタイルに合わせた働き方が可能です。年間休日は<120>日あり、プライベートも充実させることができます。※業務量は多岐にわたるため、希望があれば休日稼働も可能です。

また、業務に必要なスキルや知識については、経験者の方ですと非常にありがたいです。未経験の方でも応募可能ですが、研修制度が整備されていないため、1から学びながら組織を整備していきたいと考えています。代表の豊田も、日々知識をインプットしながらコツコツと業務に取り組んでいます。

ご希望がれば、出張や海外現地面接など、外回り業務に取り組むことも検討可能です。※現在の組合員企業様のエリアは、北海道、千葉県、東京都、静岡県、岐阜県、愛知県、大阪府、福岡県となります。今後も拡大予定。

まだまだ整った環境・会社・組織とは言えませんが、その代わり柔軟な働き方や希望も伺いますので、一緒に組織を作り上げていく事が好き・たくさんのことを経験したい意欲のある方からの応募をお待ちしております

  • 外国人人材の業界知識や経験、スキルがある方 ※登録支援期間、人材紹介会社など
  • 労務関係に詳しい方、行政手続きに詳しい方、※雑な仕事をすると申請が下りません

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間は以下の通りです。

  • 固定時間制の場合:

★実働7時間勤務の場合<9:00>〜<17:00>または<10:00>~<18:00>休憩時間 <60分>

基本給:186,000円〜(年間所定総労働時間1,715時間)

★実働8時間勤務の場合<8:30>〜<17:30>または<9:30><18:30>休憩時間 <60分>

基本給:213,000円〜(年間所定総労働時間1,960時間)

  • フレックスタイム制度の場合: コアタイムは<11:00〜15:00>※各自の都合やイレギュラーに合わせて柔軟に対応います。例:お子様の発熱、送迎等

休暇・休日:

  • 年間休日<120日>
  • 土日祝休み(週休2日制)
  • 年次有給休暇
  • 夏季休暇(8/13~8/16)※有給休暇取得により長期連休も可
  • 冬季休暇(12/29~1/5)※暦により変動
  • 介護休暇
  • 特別休暇(慶弔休暇など)

勤務地:

・勤務地は<江南市>を予定 ※2025年内に名古屋市内(未定)へ事務所統合予定

・交通費支給(車通勤や電車通勤など相談して決めましょう。)

アクセス:

<江南事務所>名鉄江南駅から徒歩3分

<一宮事務所>名鉄尾張一宮駅からバスで5分(徒歩32分)

※どちらも車通勤可

給与:

  • 昇給・賞与あり、昇給年1回、賞与年2回(7月12月、能力業績に応じて支給)
  • 営業手当(インセンティブ報酬を検討しています、単発もしくは継続報酬)※例:知り合いの企業様での採用や、営業による採用成約の際に支給

業務の実績や勤務状況に応じて、以下の手当が支給されます。ただし、全員に一律支給ではありません。

  • 通勤手当

  • 皆勤手当
