【具体的なお仕事内容】

担当するのは、建物をつくるための

「型枠工事」の現場サポート業務です。

マンション・公共施設・商業施設など、

福岡市内の建物づくりに関わります。

最初は、現場に慣れることから

スタートします。

・工具や資材の準備・片付け

・型枠材の受け渡し

・作業場所の清掃・整理

・先輩の横について作業の流れを覚える

専門知識や経験は一切不要です。

道具の名前や作業の基本から、

丁寧に教えます。

【慣れてきたらどうなる?】

作業の流れが分かってきたら、

先輩の指示のもとで

少しずつステップアップ。

・図面の見方を覚える

・型枠の組立・解体の補助

・道具の使い方を実践で習得

「次はこれをやってみよう」と、

段階的に仕事を任せていきます。

いきなり難しい作業を

任せることはありません。

【1年後以降は"技術職"へ】

一通りの作業ができるようになったら、

国家資格「型枠技能士」の取得を

会社が全面サポートします。

・資格取得費用は全額会社負担

・資格取得後は資格手当で収入アップ

・一生使える専門技術が身につきます

「誰でもできる仕事」ではなく、

技術と経験が評価される仕事です。

【型枠工事ってどんな仕事?】

コンクリート建物をつくるための

「型(かた)」を組み立てる仕事です。

この工程がなければ、建物は完成しません。

・建物の土台をつくる重要な工程

・形に残り、地図にも残る仕事

・完成した建物を見るたびに達成感があります

【未経験でも安心できる理由】

・必ず3〜5名のチーム作業

・分からないことはすぐに聞ける環境

・危険作業は段階を踏んでから

・福岡市内中心の現場で移動負担も少なめ

体力や経験に不安がある方も、

「続けられるか」

を一番大切にしています。

08:00 現場集合・朝礼

08:30 作業開始

10:00 休憩

10:15 作業再開

12:00 昼休憩

13:00 午後の作業

15:00 休憩

15:15 作業再開

17:00 片付け・終了

・日勤のみ

・残業は月平均10時間程度

・生活リズムも安定します

基本給:月給 22万円 〜 25万円

固定残業代:なし

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

  • 昇給(業績および個人の実績による)
  • 前年度実績:5000円~1万円/月
