仕事内容

\建物の修繕やリノベーションをメインに行う建築事務所/

AutoCADを使用した意匠設計のお仕事です。

【業務内容】

  • 建物のリニューアル提案および設計(常時2~3件程度)

対象:大型オフィスビル、駅舎、大学、倉庫など

・コンセプトの検討、提案

・設計提案のための現地確認

・設計図の作成(AutoCAD使用)

・工事費積算

週3~5日(月~金)

・日数、曜日はお選びいただけます。

・お子様都合などお休み相談が可能です。

【在宅・リモート】週1程度の出社、それ以外は在宅OK

職場の雰囲気

【体制】

1案件に対して4人(意匠設計、電気設備、機械設備設計、データシステム系)で業務にあたります。

レクチャーもあるので、不明点は確認ができる環境です
