仕事内容:

【配置販売業(置き薬)】の健康アドバイザー募集

置き薬をご契約頂いているお客様のお宅を定期訪問し、ご使用頂いた医薬品の補充・精算を行います。

その他、薬の使用状況などからお客様の健康状態のヒアリングなどを行います。

◇ルート営業9割:新規開拓1割 (※新規開拓は専門部署あり)

◇個人宅7割:法人:3割 (※担当地域によって異なります)

営業の際は、軽自動車(AT車)の社用車を使用していただきます。

その他携帯電話、タブレットPCを貸与致します。

アピールポイント:

・手厚い研修制度有1カ月程かけて、基礎からしっかりお教えします。

まずは座学、同行研修からスタート☆

・営業所への出社は週に2日程。後は直行直帰がメイン。時間を有効活用できます。

自宅から直接お客様先に向かえるので効率的その分残業少なく働けます。

求める人材:

●普通自動車免許をお持ちの方(AT限定可)

●44歳以下の方(省令3号のイ:長期勤続によるキャリア形成を図るため)

●20代・30代の若手活躍中。既卒者・第二新卒・中途入社者も多数在籍

●学歴不問

勤務時間・曜日:

・9:00~18:00/実働7.75h、休憩1.25h

・ほぼほぼ残業なしあっても月15時間程度で定時退社できる日も☆

(基本的に直行直帰になります。)

・土日祝休み(土曜日は会社カレンダーによる)

※土曜日しかご訪問できないお客様に対応する為、年間営業カレンダーで計画的に土曜日勤務を設定しています。

休暇・休日:

・大型連休/GW・夏季・年末年始長期休暇

・有給休暇/入社6か月後に10日付与

・特別休暇・慶弔休暇

・年間休日110日

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥235,000 〜 ¥310,500は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥24,000(15時間相当分)を含む。15時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

・昇給年1回/年次昇給(一定年齢まで毎年自動的に昇給する年齢給)+職位職能給

・賞与年2回/7・12月。計2.5ヶ月分を目安にボーナス支給

・実績に応じて報奨金・インセンティブあり
