Lead design and visual merchandising efforts across the Japanese market for luxury brands, ensuring brand guidelines are followed and commercial KPIs are met. Bridge internal Marketing Team and execute best-in-class retail excellence for points-of-sale and products. Manage project responsibilities for business expansion and acceleration plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Opening (Permanent Merchandising)

* Work with Merchandising manager to ensure new permanent design plans adhere to guidelines and obtain necessary approvals.
* Plan, order, and cater VM collaterals for every store opening.

Out Post Event

* Collaborate with Merchandising manager to ensure event design plans follow guidelines and obtain necessary approvals.

Launch Development & Animations (Temporary Merchandising)

* Assist Marketing Team with visual merchandising updates and animations for 360° launch plan.
* Communicate local market needs to Regional/Global Teams during submission and approval process.
* Retro-planning for launches and animations to ensure Trade Planning Calendar and deadlines are well managed.
* Ensure quality execution with luxury finesse for COTY portfolio of brands.

Point-of-Sale Management

* Ensure visibility and top-notch presentation of brands and products through store visits.
* Coach Beauty Advisors for brand representation and customer service.

Other

* Handle launch POSM offering orders from Global with alignment from Brand Managers.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years relevant working experience or previous experience in luxury cosmetics or fragrance brand.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
* Experience working in a global company, strong communication skills, and ability to cooperate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Customer-centric with good understanding of consumer journey and shopper's experience.
* Proficient in retail channel, workable English, and good PC skills with familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
* University graduate from an artistic college.
* Willingness to travel as required.
