仕事内容
障がいをお持ちのご利用者によりそう生活支援(介護)・職業指導をお願いします。
障がい者施設での食事介助、排泄介助(トイレ誘導・オムツ交換)、入浴介助、レクリエーションなどの生活支援(介護)・職業指導の業務全般及び相談援助等。
エリア職採用中北摂エリア内(箕面市、豊中市、池田市、茨木市、高槻市)で異動ありエリア職(勤務地・職種変更ありの雇用形態)となります。
※特定職(施設限定正社員)も同時に積極募集中です。ご希望の際はお申し付けください。
採用前&入職後の研修でフォロー体制は万全です。
採用前研修(講義・実習)と入職してしばらくしてからのフォローアップ研修(OJT・面談)があり、安心して勤務に入ることができます。
受験対策講座で資格取得のバックアップも行っています。
無資格、未経験のための「介護職員初任者研修」も開催費が決定次第HPにて案内しています

大阪府社会福祉事業団は、事務局含め15拠点で200以上の事業を展開し、地域福祉の推進に努めています。
昭和46年に設立し、高齢者福祉事業を中心に運営してきましたが、地域のニーズに応え、障がい者福祉、保育、介護予防等の新しい事業も積極的に展開してきました。今後も、地域社会の一層の信頼を得る事業展開を目指しています。

1.基本給:165,468円~226,100円

・その他手当
資格手当:介護福祉士・社会福祉士(10,000円)、初任者・介護実務者研修(5,000円)
扶養手当:配偶者8,000円、その他の扶養親族6,000円/一人当たり ※配偶者のない職員がその他の扶養親族を扶養する場合12,000円/一人当たり
住居手当:30,000円を上限として支給
夜勤手当:6,000円/回
賞与:エリア職 年3回(年間4.2ヵ月分)※令和6年度実績
特定職 年2回(年間3か月分) ※令和6年度実績

交通費:交通費支給
上限150,000円/月

エリアは下記3つに分かれています。
北摂エリア…高槻市(高槻荘)、茨木市(春日丘荘)、箕面市(白島荘)、豊中市(豊寿荘、永寿園とよなか、みずほおおぞら、かがやき)、池田市(万寿荘)
北河内エリア… 四條畷市(四條畷荘)、東大阪市(東大阪養護老人ホーム)、高槻市(高槻荘)
堺・泉州エリア… 堺市(美原荘)、和泉市(光明荘)、南河内郡(河南荘)
- 定年年齢(60歳)を上限として期間の定めのない労働契約の対象として募集
