お仕事

プラスチックのリサイクルを行う工場で、製造ラインの管理や運搬をお任せします

〈お仕事例〉

  • リフト作業(屋内)

回収されたプラスチック資材(包装や容器)を、フォークリフトを使って製造ラインへザーッと投入します

屋内作業なので天候に左右されません

  • 設備操作・ライン管理:

機械がスムーズに動いているかのチェック等を行います

  • その他:

選別作業など、状況に合わせてチームと協力しながら作業を進めます

1週間ごとの交替制勤務です

深夜帯の勤務が含まれるため、夜勤手当がついて収入もアップ

環境・雰囲気

わからないことがあれば、すぐに聞ける・助け合える、そんな雰囲気が自慢です

リサイクル工場のため特有の匂いはありますが、

先輩スタッフからは「半年ほど働いているうちに慣れてしまった」という声もよく聞かれます

ただ、匂いの感じ方は人それぞれですよね

入社前に弊社担当と見学に行けますので、文字では伝わらない現場の空気を一緒に確認してみませんか?
