私たち坪井商店は、

創業から60年以上青果物に携わってきました。

キャベツの千切りや鍋野菜など、

"カット野菜"を中心にスーパーやコンビニへ

「おいしい日常」を届けてきた食品製造の会社です。

今回は事業拡大に伴い、

生産・出荷管理者の副工場候補を募集します。

まずは野菜の洗浄・カット・袋詰めなどの

現場作業を経験しながら、

生産ライン全体の流れを把握していただきます。

その後は、シフトの管理・作成や

生産ラインのスケジュールの調整など、

工場全体を動かすマネジメント業務へと

段階的にステップアップしていただきます。

将来的には…

工場の運営責任者として、チームを率いる立場へ。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり22日 〜 23日

8:15〜17:30(実働8時間、休憩75分)

※配属部署によっては勤務時間の変動あり
