登録利用者最大が29名の

看護小規模多機能型居宅介護施設と

訪問看護ステーションの併設をしており

利用者様の看護業務を行って頂きます。

  • 具体的な仕事内容

̄ ̄V ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄

通いサービスでの看護業務

  • 健康状態の観察と管理

・バイタルサイン(体温、血圧、脈拍等)

のチェック。

・全身状態の観察と、体調不良時の

初期対応(医師への報告・連携)

・服薬管理・指導

  • 医療処置・ケア

・インスリン注射、経管栄養(胃ろう等)

吸引、人工呼吸器管理などの医療的ケア

・褥瘡(じょくそう)の処置、ストーマ管理

点滴管理(医師の指示に基づく)など

・リハビリテーションのサポート

  • 介護職員の簡単なサポート

※介護業務・入浴補助・食事補助基本なし

急な職員の欠勤時は、対応の可能性有

訪問看護サービスでの看護業務

  • 在宅での健康管理・療養指導

・生活習慣病の指導、健康相談、

メンタルヘルスケア

・ターミナルケア(終末期ケア)の

実施とご家族への支援。

  • 医療的処置の実施

・上記「通いサービス」と同様の

医療処置に加え、自宅での点滴や

カテーテル管理、疼痛コントロールなど

  • 他職種・他機関との連携

・主治医、ケアマネジャー、

他の訪問サービス事業者などとの

情報共有・連携

勤務時間:9:00~17:00(60分休憩)の間の3時間以上

  • 9:00~12:00で勤務したい方や13:00~17:00で勤務したい方もOK
  • フルタイムで勤務したいという方も相談可能

休日休暇

  • シフトに準ずる

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1500円 〜

給与例

  • 週2日勤務で1日7時間勤務の場合

時給1,500円×7時間×8日=月給84,000円

※1ヶ月を4週間で換算した場合

※通勤手当は、2km以下は支給なし
