お客様と打ち合わせをして間取りを考えます。

CADを使った設計を行います。

プランナーが考えた基礎設計図に基づき、

詳細な実施設計図面や基礎伏図、電気設備図面を書き起こします。

  • プログラムについて

住宅設計の仕事が深く学べる3日間のプログラムです。

客様との打ち合わせに同席するほか、

テーマに沿って実際に間取りを考えるワークを行います。

・注文住宅ユーハウス事業部の先輩社員に密着

・お客様との打ち合わせに同席

  • 実際にどんな知識が現場では必要か、学んでいただけます

・設計業務の一環として、間取りの考案体験

・提案に関する資料などの作成

  • 住宅ができるまでの一連の流れを実務で体感いただけます。
