新品種を含む25種類ものブドウを栽培

昼夜の大きな気温差と長い年間日照時間、そして年間降水量が少ない気候によりおいしい果物が育つ山梨県。山梨県の中でも甲州市勝沼町は降水量が少なく、高品質なブドウが育つことから、質の高いワインが生産されており、国内産ワインの発祥地として知られています。『さんちゃんファーム』はこの勝沼町の鬢櫛(びんぐし)川沿いでブドウをメインにもも、柿を生産し、直売をおこなっている農園です。直売の他にも大手チェーンのスーパーなど100店舗ほどや、ふるさと納税にも出荷しています。栽培しているブドウの種類は約25種類。ブドウの王様と言われる「巨峰」や、大きいものだとピンポン玉くらいの実の大きさになる「藤稔(ふじみのり)」、皮ごと食べることができる「シャインマスカット」は近年とても人気があります。最近話題となっているのは新品種「ブラックビート」は超大粒で、甘みと酸味のバランスが良くジューシー。皮離れの良さも特徴です。その時々の美味しいブドウを直売所で販売している私たち。その美味しさで、嬉しいことにリピーターのお客様もいるほどです。

今回の募集について

勝沼のブドウの旬は8月~10月。このピークに向けて、ブドウの栽培管理及び販売をおこなう短期アルバイトと通年雇用のパート・アルバイト、更には正社員を募集しています。生育が悪い粒を一粒ずつ間引いていく「摘粒」や、袋掛けなどコツコツとした作業が続く栽培管理作業。私たちのやり方に従い、真面目にルーティンワークに取り組むことができる方を求めています。独立希望者も大歓迎です

短期アルバイトから正社員の道や独立支援も

12月までの短期アルバイトでは、数年後に正社員として果樹生産を仕事にしていきたいという方も歓迎。事業拡大をしたため、その目標に向けて徐々に人材育成といった体制の強化を始めています。敷金・礼金不要の家電付きの借り上げの社宅もご用意。2タイプのお部屋からお好きな方を選べますが、空きに限りがあるので早いもの勝ちです。また、当農園では、独立を希望する方々を全力でサポートします。例えば、桃の栽培は、ご自身の独立を見据えて、事前に相談してもらえれば試験栽培などにもチャレンジしていただけます。また、実際に独立される際には、農機具のレンタルなどの支援で、すぐに農業で生計を立てられるように、必要な環境を提供することも相談可能です。さらに、当農園は将来的に、希望者にはフランチャイズ形式での支援も視野に入れており、独立を目指す方々が安心して農業に取り組めるような体制を整えています。私たちと一緒に、新たな農業の可能性を探しませんか?
