• Create user-centric UX designs based on customer behavior and reviews
• Define and solve customer and business issues
• Design intuitive interfaces for a seamless customer experience
• Balance customer satisfaction with business objectives
• Maintain high-quality standards while delivering products within deadlines
• Consider innovative design approaches to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

Soft Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in UX design
• Able to hypothesize based on logical thinking and data-driven evidence
• Knowledge of UX methods and processes
• Participate in product user research and usability testing
• Analyze quantitative data using analytics tools
• Assist in content development and project management
• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese (Business-level)

Hard Skills:

• Proficient in design tools: Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
• Skilled in wireframing tools: Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
• Experience with prototyping tools: Marvel, InVision, Flinto, Protopie, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with version control systems: Git, Abstract, etc.
• Able to write code for making products using HTML5, CSS3 or native applications
• High fidelity interactive prototype creation skills
• Experience analyzing data from BI tools: Tableau, Microstrategy, etc.
