Job Description:

• Conduct application evaluations of high-pressure power devices
• Target products: Power devices (including modules) using SiC or IGBT
• Main responsibilities: Application evaluation of SiC or IGBT (including modules) in the department handling applied systems of power devices

Requirements:

Mandatory:

• Evaluation of system-level IGBT or SiC power devices (able to handle a series of processes independently)
• English: Reading and writing proficiency
• Japanese: Business level

Preferred:

• Basic knowledge of the physical operation of power devices
