  • 医療依存度低めなので、経験浅くてもOK
  • 高齢者のお話相手をするのが好き
  • 精神科訪問看護要件の研修が受けられます

  • 1訪問3,000円の高収入

訪問件数に応じて「精勤手当」支給

  • 直行直帰で働ける

基本は直行直帰、月1回のみランチミーティングあり

時間の融通が利きます

オンコールもなし夜勤ももちろんなし

  • 担当制ではなくチーム制採用

1人に負担が集中しないので、

お子さんの都合等で、お休みできるよう

配慮しています。

  • キャリアアップしたい方は、

精神科訪問看護師の研修受講も可能です

仕事内容

    • 健康状態の観察・管理
      体温や脈拍、血圧や呼吸状態など、

      バイタルサインの観察
    • 医療処置
      主治医の指示に従い、

      点滴や採血、褥瘡処置、

      服薬管理など
    • 利用者・家族の精神的ケア
      利用者や家族の話に傾聴、

      日常生活のアドバイスなど

利用者の大半が高齢者の方です。

比較的、医療依存度低めの

利用者様が多いですが、

医療処置やその他のケアが必要な

利用者もおられます。- <訪問看護未経験の方へ>

利用者一人一人の人柄や生活に寄り添える

看護師としてのやりがいを

はじめは不安もありますが、

不安が解消されるまで、

代表が同行します。

独り立ち後も心配であれば、

すぐに相談、同行しています。
- <職員について>

職員数13名

・内正社員4名(男性一人)

・年齢構成(20代2名、30代3名、40代3名、50代1名、60代4名)

・職員の居住地:名古屋市西区、名東区、天白区、緑区、瑞穂区、中川区、豊明市

(スタッフの声)

・全体的に明るく元気で頼りになるスタッフが多いです。

子ども病欠でのシフト交代も「任せといて」

と快く引き受けてくださって感謝してます。

・月1回のランチョンミーティングのほか、

定期的なご飯会・飲み会、社員旅行などがあり充実してます。

8:30〜18:00の間で相談可

  • 時間と訪問エリアは相談に応じます

  • 自家用車にて直行直帰でお願いします

  • 訪問後の報告は、スマホで行います

給与

時給3,000円

給与詳細

※交通費は別途支給

月50件以下 なし

月51〜60件 500円/1件につき

月61〜70件 1,000円/1件につき

月71件以上 1,500円/1件につき

- 頑張った分だけ、給与が増えます

*パートも賞与あり(年1回)
