【仕事内容】

\サポートデスクのメンバーとして下記業務をお願いします/ ・自社システムの運用・監視 ・システムから発報されるアラート対応・ヒアリング・エンジニアへの連携 ・対応履歴の登録・更新 ・社内ITの維持運用(キッテイング・インストールなど) ・システムに関すると問い合わせ対応 <勤務時間> 9:00~17:15(シフト制) <勤務パターン>月に1~2回発生 夜勤シフト:18:30~翌9:30 (休憩120分)
