Description

Prompt and courteous services for English and Chinese-speaking patients globally, including managing appointments, addressing inquiries, and facilitating communication with the Japanese team.

Tasks include:

• Translating, editing, and proofreading documents, web content, test results, forms, and medical correspondence from Japanese to English and Chinese.
• Collaborating with English and Chinese-speaking enterprises to provide international services to Oak Clinic patients and maintain business relationships.

Secretary and General Affairs Responsibilities:

• Offering administrative support to the Clinic's director and board members.
• Managing schedules, arranging business trips, handling phone calls, and assisting clients.
• Organizing documents, processing mail, taking meeting minutes, and conducting research.
• Creating presentations and various materials while performing other administrative tasks.

Details:

• Location: Osaka city (Oak Clinic, Sumiyoshi).
• Work Days: Approximately 5 days a week (including weekends), based on shift schedules.
• Shift Hours: 8 hours per day with various shift options available.
• Working Hours: 8:30~17:30 (with a 60-minute break).
• Days Off: Monthly 8~9 days (undecided), totaling 110 annual holidays.
