仕事内容

■ ポジション概要
大手企業向け基幹システム刷新プロジェクトにおいて、PMOとしてプロジェクト全体推進や要件整理を担っていただくポジションです。
SalesforceやSAPを活用した大規模プロジェクトの中で、要件定義から進捗管理までを横断的にご支援いただきます。
業界特性や関係各所の状況に応じた柔軟な対応力と、円滑なコミュニケーション・調整力が求められます。

■ 主な業務内容
▼PMO業務全般
・プロジェクト全体の計画策定および進捗管理
・各種会議体の運営/ファシリテーション/議事録作成
・リスク管理・課題管理・変更管理
・ステークホルダー間の調整および利害調整

▼要件整理・要件定義支援

・基幹システム刷新に向けた業務要件の取りまとめ
・業務部門とのヒアリング、業務フロー整理
・要件定義書や業務プロセス整理資料(To-Beフロー等)の作成・管理

■ 応募要件
【必須スキル・経験】
・ITプロジェクトにおけるPMO業務の実務経験
・業務要件整理や要件定義フェーズにおける支援経験
・複数部署やベンダー間の調整・コミュニケーションスキル

【歓迎スキル・経験】
・SalesforceやSAPに関する知見
・大規模案件への関与経験
・ドキュメント整備、プロジェクト標準策定の経験

■ 勤務条件
雇用形態:業務委託(シニアレベル想定)
稼働日数:週5日(9:00〜18:00想定)
勤務地:基本的にフルリモート(一部、週2回程度の大阪出張あり/頻度は応相談)
報酬:スキル・経験により応相談
稼働開始日:ASAP(即日~調整可)
終了予定日:2027年10月31日
