が共同設立した物流会社。

倉庫機能と全国ネットワークを活かし、

「お客様の物流課題を解決する」

提案型営業をお任せします。

物流に関する課題解決を行う営業です。

  • 物流改善のヒアリング・提案
  • 取引先との調整やアフターフォロー
  • 自動車部品の配送手配(生産管理)

※新規営業・ノルマなし

まずは、現場実習で

物流の流れを理解するところからスタート。

既存のお客様対応を中心に、

先輩のサポートのもと実務を習得します。

段階的なOJT体制が整っているため、

未経験の方でも安心して成長できます。

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

フレックスタイム制/実働8時間

(コアタイム 10:00~15:00)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 22万円 〜 25万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり26時間 〜 29時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

  • 27歳/入社2年目:450万円
  • 32歳/主任:520万円
  • 35歳/係長:610万円
