入社1〜3ヶ月(研修中):日給 12,000円 (月収例:26.4万円 / 22日稼働の場合)
入社4ヶ月目以降:日給 16,000円 〜 18,000円 (月収例:35.2万円 〜 39.6万円) 4ヶ月目から一気に「跳ね上がる」給与を実感してください
効率重視ダラダラ残業なし 基本は8:00〜17:00。でも、案件が早く終了すれば**「直帰OK」** 「現場が早く終わったから、夕方は趣味の時間に」なんてメンバーも多いんです。
勤務地は希望を考慮 主なエリアは東京都23区内(特に湾岸エリア)や横浜・川崎市内。 あなたのご自宅からの通いやすさを一番に考えて決定します。
- お仕事のルーティンをチラ見せ
専門知識は不要。マニュアル通りの「チェック作業」がメインです。
サンプルの「健康診断」 出荷前のコンクリートを抜き取り、規定の品質があるかチームで測定。
「強さ」のタイムカプセル確認 時間が経ったコンクリートが、しっかり固まっているか専用機器でテスト。
サクッと事務作業 数値をPCに入力して報告書を作成。複雑な作業はないので、未経験でもすぐに慣れます。
「未経験でも大丈夫?」 今いるメンバーの9割が異業種出身。営業、介護、販売など、みんなゼロからスタートして、4ヶ月目には高収入を実現しています

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)をお持ちの方

勤務時間詳細
- 8:00〜17:00(案件終了し次第)になります。
・現場や工場の状況により、17時前に終了し直帰できることもあります。
・長距離運転や夜間の作業は一切ありません。
・毎日決まった時間に帰れるので、家族との時間やプライベートもしっかり確保できます
契約更新期間:原則、自動更新(長期で働ける方を歓迎します)
休日休暇
完全週休2日制(土・日)、祝日
【年間休日】120日以上 【長期休暇】GW休暇、夏季休暇、年末年始休暇 など

給与詳細
基本給:日給 1万2000円 〜 1万8000円
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
経験でも研修期間から高日給を保証。4ヶ月目からはさらに収入が跳ね上がります
1〜3ヶ月目(研修期間) 日給 12,000円 (月収例:26.4万円 / 22日稼働の場合)
4ヶ月目以降 日給 16,000円 〜 18,000円 (月収例:35.2万円 〜 39.6万円)
※スキルや担当工場により決定。経験者はスタート金額の相談も可能です

月収:44万円(日給2万円×22日)
