Job Description

You will be responsible for meeting with customers, designing, supervising construction, and delivering the projects at the No.1 renovation company in the industry to realize their ideal living environment. You will have the freedom to decide not only the layout but also the specifications tailored to each customer for a unique proposal. Leveraging over 5,500 renovation projects, you will bring customers' ideal living environment to life.

Specifically:

• Handover tasks from the sales team, taking over customers after property purchase
• On-site survey of assigned properties
• Design planning
• Meetings (renovation plans, design decisions)
• Basic and detailed design
• Creating cost estimates
• Ordering tasks and on-site supervision
• Project delivery

You can cater to a wide range of customers, from individuals to couples and families, offering living proposals that meet diverse needs and desires. You will have the opportunity to develop specialized skills in a growing industry that is projected to reach a market size of 7 trillion yen by 2025.

* The construction period per project is approximately 4 months (1 month for design, 3 months for construction). You are expected to handle around 3 projects simultaneously.

Number of Projects

The construction period per project is approximately 4 months (1.5 months for design, 2.5 months for construction). After becoming independent, you will be responsible for an average of 4 projects simultaneously, with an expected workload of around 12 projects per year. Initially, training will aim for the completion of one project within six months of joining.

Assigned Area

You will cover an area within a 60-minute radius using public transportation (train, bus, taxi) from the Nagoya office. Direct travel to and from sites is also possible.

Career Path

We anticipate advancement to managerial positions. Additionally, after gaining sufficient experience, there is an opportunity to become an independent outsourced designer, contributing to the industry's expansion. Qualifications

Requirements

One of the following:

• Design experience
• Construction management experience (e.g., from house manufacturers, design offices, interior companies, or renovation companies)
• Possibility of relocation to Tokyo or Osaka

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Experience in renovation design
• Holder of a First-class Architect/Second-class Architect license

Team Allocation

• The team consists primarily of members from house manufacturers and interior companies, with about 80% being mid-career hires. The organization is characterized by strong teamwork, with many employees naturally offering support when faced with work challenges.

About Working Style

Overtime: Using a flextime system, the average monthly overtime is about 30 hours. PC and attendance are linked, and the management structure is well established.
Remote Work: Negotiable. After becoming independent, scheduling and decisions are largely left to individual discretion. Daily morning meetings and weekly 1-on-1 sessions aim to enhance communication between department heads and team members.
Others: Dress code flexibility, bicycle commuting allowed (requires company approval), office located in a renovated building on Hisaya Avenue
