・改造、改善業務
・新規製造ラインの開発・立上げ業務
・新規設備の調達・立上げ業務
・国内・海外工場の支援業務
【求人者のキャリアパス】
~6ヶ月 試用期間、先輩社員について業務の流れや仕組みを習得
~3年 国内事業所にて、設備改善テーマや新規ラインの
立ち上げ業務に従事
~10年 国内大型プロジェクト、国内関連会社及び海外関連会社への
技術支援業務 応募資格 【必須条件】
・工場での設備保全または設備設計業務(機械・電気)の経験
3年以上
・一般的なパソコンスキル(マイクロオフィス全般)
・普通自動車自動車免許をお持ちの方

・機械・電気系学科卒業
・機械設計業務の経験、電気プログラム設計業務経験
・CAD操作経験、知識をお持ちの方

【組織構成】
計7名(内、管理職1名、課員6名)
30~50代、中堅、ベテランが在籍しており、経験豊富な先輩社員から
困りごとやわからないことを聞ける環境です。
【配属部門の強み】
事業部内に設備保全課があり、製造部から困りごとや日々のメンテナンス、
TPMに注力し取り組んでいます。
保全課と連携することで設計面のみだけではなく、保全性や安全性を
含めた多面的な設備設計スキルが習得できます。
【業務のやりがい】
・ウレタン製造はニッチ産業であり、まだ世にない自分のアイデアを
活かした独自の工程設計ができます。
