私たちfinetrackは、
登山をはじめ、クライミングや
トレイルランニング、スキー、自転車、
ウォータースポーツなど、
本格的なアウトドアに向けた
ウェアやギアを扱うブランドです。
【具体的な業務は…】
- 生産スケジュールや納期管理
- 工場や資材メーカーなど
取引先とのやり取り
- 資材の手配・発注
- 製品の品質管理
- コスト管理(原価の確認、価格調整)
- 在庫管理
今回は生産管理経験者募集です
生産管理として知識も必要ですが、
「いいものを創りたい」そんな熱い想い
を大切にしたいと考えています。
- 県外の工場などへの外出もございます。
- 実際の製品に触れる機会があるため、
煙草など強い匂いが残らないよう、
配慮が必要です。

品質管理の業務では、
県外にある各工場へ足を運んで品質管理を
したり、在庫を手配するためセンターへ
出向いて調整したりと、柔軟に対応する業務
から、オフィスで黙々と数字の計算など
正確さが求められる業務までさまざま。
行動力がありながら、数字やデータにも強い
方が向いています。
社内外問わず、コミュニケーションが重要
なので、人と話すことが好きな方にもぴったり。

実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分 〜 8時間
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり19日 〜 20日

通常日:9:00~18:00
特例日A:9:30~18:00
特例日B:9:00~17:30
(いずれも休憩1時間)

給与詳細
基本給:月給 25万円 〜
固定残業代:あり
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
※上記給与は3万8000円~/25時間分
の固定残業代含む
- 賞与あり:7月支給予定。
業績・貢献度により大きく変動。
※1年間の勤務割合に応じる。試用期間は含まず
※過去の支給実績3~4ヶ月分
- 昇降給:年1回(6月人事評価予定)
- 締切日・支払日:月末・翌月末
- 交通費支給(月上限3万円)
- 引っ越し補助あり:上限10万円
※入社に伴い引越が必要な場合
※中途採用のみ適用

現在は20代30代の若手中心に、とにかくアウトドア好きの熱い想いをもったメンバーがそれぞれのポジションで活躍しています。生産管理では現在4名が活躍していますが、内3名は中途入社、全員が異業種からの転職です業界未経験でもご安心ください
