Job Description
Purpose:

• To provide graduate training & support at different placement institutions in and around the Western Cape.
• To provide administrative support to the Aftercare Office.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate & conduct placement visitations with EPWP placement partners.
• Support monitoring of graduates with placement institutions.
• Compile placement visitation reports.
• Update and maintain graduate databases.
• Identify graduates in need of counselling support and facilitate the referral process to the Life Coaching component.

Qualifications And Requirements

• A valid Grade 12 certificate / equivalent.
• A certificate in community development/child and youth care or any related qualification would be advantageous.
• At least 3 years' relevant experience.
• Understanding the holistic approach to youth development.
• A valid driver's license is essential.
• Non-smoker with sober habits.
• Competent (verbal and written) in English and at least 1 other South African language.
• Ability to drive to placement institutions in and around the Western Cape.
