老舗メーカーの工場管理者(工場長)としてのお仕事です。

長く腰を据えて活躍したい方を歓迎します。

【主な業務内容】

◎工場の生産業務(管理)

・製品の受注状況、在庫数変化から生産計画を策定の上、現場への作業指示の実施

・製品の品質管理(品質確認試験、社外への説明対応を含む)

・生産現場での作業補助

◎製品の原料管理

・生産に用いる原料の在庫管理と発注

◎開発に伴う実験業務

・新規製品の開発に伴う実験業務(開発品の小規模な生産試験、量産前の確認試験など)

◎その他

・生産設備のメンテナンス、修繕対応(業者対応を含む)

求める人材:

【必須条件】

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

・基本的なPC操作(Word・Excelの基本操作、メール送受信)

【いずれか一つ、あれば尚良しの条件】

・大学、高等専門学校などで化学系・材料系の学科を卒業された方

・化学系のメーカー等で生産技術、または研究開発の業務を経験された方

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務日:月曜日から金曜日まで(祝日を除く)

勤務時間:8:00〜17:00(休憩:12:00~12:45, 15:00~15:15、実働8時間)

休暇・休日:

土曜・日曜・祝日

土曜の一部は有給休暇の計画的付与制度を適用します(出勤の必要はありません)。
