【本求人の業務内容】

  • 配属先での業務内容

フォークリフトや建設機械に使用される鋼材を加工している工場です。

プレス機械で加工された製品の仕上げ業務を担当いただきます。

具体的には、不要な部分を工具を使用し取り除く作業(バリ取り)や

グラインダーと呼ばれる器具を使用した研磨作業をお任せします。

※製品を持ち上げる際に10~15キロ程度の重量物対応が伴います。

【仕事内容の例】

・化粧品製造工場で充填工程、および仕上げ工程(液体を充填するボトルの準備や外観検査)

・食品や洋菓子などの製造・検査・包装・梱包・出荷仕分け

・金属部品工場でのNC旋盤操作(自動制御の切削加工機械への材料供給・操作)

・自動車車体工場での組付け・組み立て作業(部品や配線を電動工具を使用して取り付け)

・派遣スタッフさんやパートさんの作業指導や労務管理業務

・クライアント担当者さんへ生産状況や現場改善を提案したり協働するパートナー業務

基本給:月給 22万円

固定残業代:なし

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

※想定月収22.0万円

【交通費】実費支給(上限3万円)

【賞与】原則年額1か月相当(6月、12月支給。入社6か月以内の方については業績に応じる。)

【想定年収】286万円+別途時間外・深夜割増・インセンティブ

252万円~459万円/月給18万円~30万円+賞与年額1か月(専門職社員1年目)

※配属先により職場手当が異なります

※残業20h/月程度の場合

※以降、職能の向上による昇給や管理者業務に従事する場合の手当による個別設定

※給与は職場手当(0~120,000円)を含みます。

  • 試用期間:原則翌月末まで(配属先により最長6ヶ月)

※待遇・給与に変更なし
