空調メーカーで事務をお願いします。

売上伝票や仕入れの数字をパソコンに入力して頂きます。

役所に提出する書類の作成もありますが、フォーマットがあるので入力するだけです。

難しくはないので、パソコン入力ができれば大丈夫です。

一人事務なので自分のペースで働けます。

・出納帳作成、振込・支払い対応(近隣の銀行に行く)

・経費精算対応

・電話対応、来客対応、清掃
