渋谷】受付スタッフ(電話・メール対応など)

仕事内容:

弊社で使っているメールツールを使って、お客様から届くお問い合わせをチェックし、内容に合わせて担当者に振り分けるのがメインのお仕事です。

お問い合わせの内容によっては、簡単なサイト修正を行ったり、修正担当者へ対応を依頼することもあります。

※難しい作業や専門的な対応は別の担当者が行いますので、ご安心ください。

電話対応は基本的に専任スタッフが担当しています。

他の電話対応中で出られない場合のみ、一次対応(取次対応)をお願いすることがあります。

※一次対応は、電話に出て用件を伺い、担当者から折り返し連絡する簡単な対応です。

1日あたりのメール対応は多くないため、

業務が落ち着いている時間帯には、簡単な業務のサポートをお願いしています。

アピールポイント:

服装・髪型自由、ネイルOK

制服やジャケットの着用はなく、自分らしいスタイルで働けます。

落ち着いたオフィス環境

カフェスペースやウォーターサーバー、自販機も完備。リラックスして業務に取り組めます。

未経験でも安心

入社後は先輩スタッフによるOJTで業務を覚えられます。分からないことはすぐに確認できる環境です。

メール・チャット中心の業務

電話対応は専任スタッフが担当。他の電話対応中で出られない場合のみ一次対応をお願いする形です。

既存顧客対応がメイン

新規営業やテレアポ業務はありません。安定した環境で、コツコツ業務をこなせます。

仕事を通して知識も身につく

医療(歯科)やWebに関する知識が自然と身についていくお仕事です。

・WordやExcelで文字入力ができる方(操作に自信がなくてもOK)

・メールやチャットでのやり取りがスムーズにできる方

月~金:10:00~16:00まで(内、休憩は1時間)

※土日祝日はお休みです
