Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an Accounting Manager based in either Mie, Japan.

The Accounting Manager will oversee daily accounting operations, prepare and analyze financial statements, manage journal entries, and ensure the accurate recording of fixed assets.

The role also includes financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize financial processes.

Qualifications
Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and strong Analytical Skills
Experience in creating and managing Journal Entries and knowledge of accounting standards
Understanding and management of Fixed Assets and related processes
Background in Finance and familiarity with financial regulations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proficiency in both Japanese and English
Relevant certifications such as CPA or equivalent are a plus
SAP Experience is a plus
