Mercedes-Benz Japan G.K. seeks a full-time specialist to provide technical training to its authorized dealerships and participate in trainer training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and follow up on technical training for authorized dealers' mechanics, based on German headquarters' training concepts and content adapted for the Japanese market.

  • Participate in trainer training conducted by the German headquarters.

  • Cooperate with training cooperation companies to implement and confirm training content.

  • Create, edit, and develop training content for Japanese market, including creating new training programs.

  • Support the operation of training, including schedule adjustment, coordination with cooperation companies, and support for other trainers.



Requirements:

  • Native Japanese language skills.

  • Intermediate or higher level English language skills (training, materials, and documents may be in English).

  • Ordinary automobile driving license.

  • Recommendation of second-class automobile repair license (second-class gasoline automobile, second-class diesel automobile).

  • High communication skills (frequent communication with dealerships).

  • Logical thinking.

  • Interest in training work (training development also requires time, so a degree of period as a specialist trainer is desired).

  • At least 3 years of experience as an automobile repair technician.

  • Experience in automobile sales is desirable.
