  • Oversee all kitchen operations and maintain the highest culinary standards
  • Curate and innovate steakhouse menus in line with the restaurant concept using premium meats and seasonal ingredients
  • Lead, train, and inspire a dynamic team of chefs and kitchen colleagues
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of every dish
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and hygiene compliance
  • Collaborate closely with front-of-house and management to elevate the guest dining experience

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant
  • Background in Western cuisine, ideally within hotels or standalone restaurants
  • Prior experience in a steakhouse or grill-focused concept strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster teamwork, clear communication, and staff motivation
  • In-depth knowledge of food cost management and operational efficiency
  • Track record in building, training, and developing high-performing kitchen teams
