- Oversee all kitchen operations and maintain the highest culinary standards
- Curate and innovate steakhouse menus in line with the restaurant concept using premium meats and seasonal ingredients
- Lead, train, and inspire a dynamic team of chefs and kitchen colleagues
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of every dish
- Manage food costs, inventory, and hygiene compliance
- Collaborate closely with front-of-house and management to elevate the guest dining experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant
- Background in Western cuisine, ideally within hotels or standalone restaurants
- Prior experience in a steakhouse or grill-focused concept strongly preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster teamwork, clear communication, and staff motivation
- In-depth knowledge of food cost management and operational efficiency
- Track record in building, training, and developing high-performing kitchen teams
